With workshop leader, Brandon Mitchell

This guided workshop will explore Brandon's creative process. It will begin with a character drawing demonstration along with a creative writing exploration process. Brandon will also share his experience working with a graphic novel publisher.

About Brandon:

Brandon Mitchell is Mi’gmaq from Listuguj (lis·tu·guch) First Nations in Quebec and currently resides in the unceded Wolastoqiyik (WOOL-ah-sto-gway) Peace and Friendship Treaty territory of Fredericton, New Brunswick. He is a husband to Natasha Martin and father to Brayden and Bryce Mitchell. He carries a diploma in animation and design from the New Brunswick Community College of Miramichi and a master’s degree in education from the University of New Brunswick. He is a multidisciplinary artist with over 20 years of experience in the field of graphic novels, gaming, and animation.
