Dear Members: Please take the time to join us for the WFNB Annual General Meeting, June 14, 2023 at 7 pm via Zoom. We need 10% of the membership to meet quorum, which is 31 people.

Once again this year, there will be proposed by-law changes, which can be found in the list of documents for your review in the members-only section (Listed in the Forum, entitled, "AGM 2023 documents"). Most important are proposed by-law changes, which are posted for your perusal now, as per our rules of requiring at least one week's notice. There are still a few more documents to come, so make sure you check back in the coming days. Rather than recite the reports at the meeting, we will simply ask for comments or questions.
