Dear Members: Please take the time to join us for the WFNB Annual General Meeting, held online. The WordSpring AGM was postponed because we did not have a quorum of board members due to unforeseen circumstances. This situation has been rectified, but we do also need 10% of the membership to meet quorum, which is 28 people.

The proposed by-law changes have been updated in the members-only section. Please review the documents, which includes the agenda, last year's minutes, and board reports.
