Biography
Tricia Snell’s work recently appeared in NOT THE SAME ROAD OUT (anthology, Tidewater Press, 2025). She’s also published two chapbooks, including NELLIE—AN IMAGINED HISTORY (Little Books Collective, 2024), and ROOTED (poetry, Little Books Collective, 2023). Other highlights of a thirty-year publishing history include her short story, “Out to the Horses,” longlisted for the 2019 CBC Short Story Prize and published in ROOM magazine (2019), and her short story, “A Glass of Vodka,” read on National Public Radio’s THE SOUND OF WRITING and published in THE GROVE REVIEW (2004). In addition, Tricia has published book reviews and other nonfiction, and she has taught writing and literature classes in universities, community writing centres, and currently, online through SOAPSTONE (Portland, OR) and from her own studio.
