WISP What I Offer
Author readings and writing workshops. I often combine a brief talk and reading with a writing activity. I discuss how I started writing and bring in some of my journals. I show students the many drafts I write before I consider a piece finished.

For students who think they can’t write or don’t like writing, I include collaborative writing exercises - they often enjoy creating with someone else. I always leave time for questions, and during the session, I have lots of questions for them.

Please visit my website for more grade-specific details and workshop details. I am available Monday to Friday, in the fall and spring. During the winter, I don’t travel far.
