Background
I am a poet and had my first book published when I had just turned 19. I now have 3 collections of poetry published and have a Master’s degree in French Language and Literature from McGill University. After having spent 6 years in Montreal, I have been back in my native New Brunswick for about 3 years. I own and operate a used book store downtown Moncton and do freelance work as a writer (columnist/critique) and translator among other things.

I have a broad and in depth knowledge about Acadian poetry and it’s relationship with modernity vs. folklore, first poets of the Acadian modernity, issues of language, identity, culture, etc.
