Roger Moore
Roger Moore is an award-winning academic, poet, short story writer, novelist, film maker and (see self-portrait to the left) visual artist. His awards include

Roger has shown a deep commitment to editing over his academic career and has held various editorial positions ranging from Editor (STLHE Newsletter, Boletín de la Asociación Canadiense de Hispanistas, Teaching Perspectives, Proceedings 1999 AAU Teaching Showcase), to Associate Editor (STLHE Green Guides for Teaching), Assistant Editor (International Fiction Review), and Spanish Book Review Editor (Canadian Modern Language Review). He has also sat on various editorial boards: the Canadian Journal for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Calíope (Society for Renaissance and Baroque Hispanic Poetry), Ellipse (Translation and Translation Theory), The Nashwaak Review, AULA (University of Salamanca Education Review), and La Perinola (International Quevedo Review).
He is a member of The Writers’ Union of Canada (TWUC), the League of Canadian Poets (LCP), and the Writers’ Federation of New Brunswick (WFNB). He is also a life-member (3M National Teaching Fellow) of the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. He is currently the senior editor of the STLHE Green Guides for Teaching. In 2012 he was inducted as a miembro colaborador into the Institución Gran Duque de Alba (IGDA) in Ávila, Spain.
