Charlotte Street Arts Centre announces 2015 Writer-in-Residence
New Brunswick educator, writer, storyteller and performer, M. Anne Mitton has been named as Writer-in-Residence at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre in Fredericton, from January to March 2015.
Mitton’s career has included a lifetime of service to New Brunswick learners through her work as a teacher, consultant and literacy specialist, as well as through multiple publications, including Inside Stories, a full anthology of short stories with Black Moss Press and the production of her play, Bad Water by Theatre New Brunswick and Giant Step Theatre Company.
M. Anne Mitton’s residency, entitled Honouring Yesterday will herald the beginning of a full year of activities and events in celebration of the ten-year anniversary of the Charlotte Street Arts Centre. For more information visit the Charlotte Street Arts Centre website.
