Tristis Ward lives and writes in Fredericton, NB. She has a degree in English at Dalhousie University, and a Diploma in Graphic Design from the New Brunswick College of Craft & Design (NBCCD). Between these two pieces of paper, she attended approximately nine years of classes in non-degree studies (because she’s really quite curious), the most pertinent of which were Theatre at Dal, Anthropology at University of New Brunswick, and Photography at NBCCD. She is very interested in photographic art, illustration, sculpture, architecture and history, so she’s nowhere near done attending school.
She worked for twenty years in community access radio as a host, producer, program director, station manager and national lobbyist, during which time she learned a great deal about communication, perseverance, and patience. Tristis writes two blogs: one listed to the left and the other linked here.
