Phillip Dobson is a retired opera singer and businessman now living on the east coast of Canada. He has three daughters and seven grandchildren. He holds a private pilot license and is building his third aircraft. He has worked as a building contractor, engineer, aquaculture salmon farmer, and opera singer. In 1973, he took his family to Germany where, for seven years, he studied and sang opera.
Phillip has published a trilogy, The Songs of War, as e-books and currently is working on a quartet, The Pioneer Spirit, set in southern New Brunswick. Three of the four Pioneer Spirit books are completed and the fourth is in progress. Phillip has also written Killer Bees, a novel for young readers, and is waiting for illustration ideas from his grandchildren.
The following three e-books comprise The Songs of War, a trilogy based on World War II.
